We reply to project notes during studio hours. Share as much as you know: which room, what fails on an ordinary day, and whether you hope to stay in the house during the work.

Studio hours
Monday to Saturday, 8.00am to 6.00pm. Sunday is reserved for sites already underway.

What Happens After You Write
A walkthrough
If the room is a fit, we arrange a visit by appointment and measure the parts that will shape the plan.
A written proposal
You receive a scope, a guide of allowances, and a sequence. Nothing is treated as agreed until you say so in writing.
The work, if you wish
Drawings, orders, and site days follow the proposal. You keep the same lead.
