Miriam Calder
Miriam holds the drawings. She trained in interior architecture and spent years on site learning which lines survive contact with an old house. She still does the first measure herself when a kitchen is awkward, because the awkwardness is usually the useful part.
She cares about ordinary comfort: a switch you can find in the dark, a drawer that opens beside the cooker, a paint color that does not turn green at four in the afternoon. Clients meet her at the walkthrough and again at the final walk.
